REMAP- CAP COVID Domain 180 Day Trial Results at CCR23
Welcome to the 590th Critical Care Reviews Newsletter, bringing you the best critical care research and open access articles from across the medical literature over the past seven days.
There are just 10 weeks until the Critical Care Reviews Meeting 2023, in Titanic Belfast, on June 14th to 16th. The programme is starting to come together, with 3 major trial results presentations and reviews of 5 of the best trials of the past year now confirmed. This week we announced the addition of the REMAP-CAP trial 180 day outcomes paper, which was published in JAMA in December. Dr Lisa Higgins from Melbourne will present the results and open the topic for discussion. We'll be announcing more trials over the next week or two, which means our international faculty will continue to grow. If you haven't yet registered, you can attend in person, virtually with a paid CPD option (this helps fund our work), or virtually for free - just go to the website on the day for the livestream.
